We provide a range of stakeholder engagement, corporate communication and facilitation services and deliver bespoke training and planning workshops in corporate social performance disciplines.
Recent projects include:
- Social auditing, research and development of best-in-class stakeholder engagement arrangements for organisations such as the Water Corporation, BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Edith Cowan University and the Department of Agriculture and Food, to support strategic business drivers.
- Conduct of corporate positioning and branding planning sessions and development of communication strategies and annual plans for leading mining companies and public sector agencies.
- Stakeholder consultation to develop impact management plans for corporations whose operations affect communities; to support the achievement of regulatory approvals for major mining companies; or to inform strategy development for government agencies such as Tourism WA (Statewide vision for Tourism 2020) and the Department of Education and Training (changes within the education system).
- Crisis and issues management planning and implementation, designed to support effective communication and preserve organisational reputation should things ‘go wrong’ – from operational incidents to the management of an influenza pandemic. We have most recently been commissioned to review crisis communication planning and training for a global mining company and a major State government agency in the education sector.
- Employee communication audits, program development and training, most recently to address industrial issues at a major public transport agency and support organisational change in a global financial services organisation.
- Research and preparation of funding submissions to Government on behalf of professional services institutes and built environment design professionals; and development of advocacy reports to support Federal Government policy development processes.
- Media relations training and program implementation for clients in the resources, finance, professional services and arts sectors.
- Integrated marketing services, most recently for a winery concert in Australia’s South West.
